There was a rich man in a countryside who had hundreds of sheeps in his farm and the rich man hired a shepherd to take care of the sheeps. There used to be Wolves coming in to the farm and they attack and kill the sheeps. One day the rich man came to the farm to see the sheeps and found out a lot of sheeps missing. The rich man asked the shepherd what happened to the rest of the sheeps. The shepherd answered, master, the Wolves coming at night and they attack and kill the sheeps. The rich man got mad and told the shepherd, listen I have hired you to protect and take care of my sheeps. I don’t care what you do, but I don’t want to lose any more sheeps. You will be fired if I lose one more sheep. So the shepherd used to go the near by forests in the day time and kill the wolves what ever he sees and guard the farm at night. But the Wolves keep coming and they attack and kill the sheeps. The rich man visited the farm after a few days and found out more sheeps missing. The rich man got so frustrated and angry and asked the shepherd what he had been doing. The shepherd answered, master, I have been going to the nearby forests and killing the Wolves. The rich man told the shepherd that he is not capable of taking care of the sheeps and he is fired. The rich man hired another shepherd and told the problem the previous shepherd was facing from the wolves. The new shepherd started building a fence around the farm and the influx of wolves coming in the farm gradually declined. Once the fence is completed around the farm, there was no more wolves coming in the farm and there is no more loss of sheeps. The rich man came back after few days and found all the sheeps unharmed and he was so happy about the new shepherd and praised him he was a prudent shepherd.
